Today, the UBTH boasts of a Dialysis Centre, CT Scanning Service, a fully integrated Accident centre and a fully useful Oxygen production plant to effectively meet the need of the hospital. In areas of training and research, The UBTH is at the forefront in West Africa. After 35 a long time of remarkable healthcare advances, UBTH will proceed to initiate innovation in research, clinical services and compassionate care.

Entry Qualifications:

Applicants should: Possess five (5) credit in not more than two sittings in WAEC/NECO/GCE O, Levels, which must include English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Physics and Chemistry.
Be a qualified nurse duly enrolled with the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria.
Have at least one year post registration clinical experience in the relevant area.

Method Of Application

Admission forms are obtainable from the office of the Principal/Head, School of Post Basic Nursing Studies, UBTH, on payment of the prescribed application charge of Ten thousand Naira (N10,000. 00) only or its equivalent in Dollars or Pounds for foreign candidates. NOTE THE Following

All payment for the application forms should be made directly into UBTH Account with TSA under the service sort:
Training School of Post Basic Nursing Studies using Remita platform in any bank in Nigeria.
Obtaining and submission of shapes closes 11th Admirable, 2024.
ALL forms must be obtained from the Administrative office of the School of Post Basic Nursing Studies.

Entrance Examination/Interview

Entrance Examination and oral Interview for all programme is scheduled to hold between Monday 21st and Friday 25th August, 2023 at 8.30 a.m. each day.

University of Benin Teaching Hospital School Fees

All fresh/newly admitted students of Son UBTH are advised to pay their tuition fees for the 2024/2025 academic session early to the designated banks as affirmed by the school management. The school fees for University of Benin Teaching Hospital is 85,000.00 per session

The breakdown of the School fees is as follows:-

• 50% of Tuition Fee (80,000.00) = N40,000.00
• Hostel Accommodation = N25,000.00
• Stationary = N20,000.00
